Sergio Macías is a recognised figure in the world of design, with an outstanding career spanning more than 20 years. As the founder of Estudio Sergio Macías, he has built a strong reputation within the creative design and interior architecture sector. His studio is composed of highly talented professionals who have received numerous awards, reflecting their commitment to excellence. Specialising in interior design across the contract, hospitality and commercial sectors, Sergio’s mission is clear: to transform businesses through design, enhancing companies across all industries. With over two decades of experience and multiple accolades — including five awards at the 5th Canary Islands Design Awards (2019), a nomination at the 7th Ibero-American Design Biennial (BID 20), and recognition for his scenography in the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Carnival over the past three editions — Sergio was also shortlisted for the 2021 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards. A trained interior designer, he graduated from the Gran Canaria School of Art and Design. His passion for commercial interior design and extensive experience within the contract-hospitality sector position him as a professional who truly makes a difference. He actively promotes creative interior design as a strategic marketing tool for building profitable businesses, ensuring alignment between spatial design and commercial success.

Mary Carmen Sierra

With a degree in Interior Architecture from the School of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Mary Carmen Sierra has built an exceptional career spanning more than a decade. She is the founder of L’Atelier Diseño Interior. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise across multiple areas of interior design and project management. Her portfolio includes hotel, retail, restaurant, office and residential projects, as well as full-scope project and construction management. She has successfully coordinated multidisciplinary teams — from clients and architects to procurement departments and construction companies — ensuring seamless execution from concept through completion. Mary Carmen’s distinctive strength lies in her strategic approach to branding, particularly within the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Her ability to merge corporate identity, interior architecture and brand essence has resulted in the creation of unique and memorable experiences, leaving a lasting mark on outstanding projects.
